Join Clark County Parks & Recreation for Tacos & Tamales, a unique culinary food and libation experience! Clark County Parks & Recreation invites the entire Las Vegas community for a truly unique foodie-friendly event! Tantalize your taste buds and spark your imagination with taco and tamale creations ranging from the traditional to the totally insane- all from local vendors. Take your experience to the next level with margarita, tequila and craft beer tastings featuring brands from all over the world. We will also feature entertainment for the whole family, with two stages featuring Lucha Libre Wrestling, local and international musical performances, and games and activities for the kids. The event will take place from 12pm-8pm on March 28th, 2020 at Desert Breeze Park and is free to the public.

We are MOVING! Due to the extreme success of years 1 and 2, we have outgrown Sunset Park and will be moving to Desert Breeze Park (8275 Spring Mountain Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89117). This facility offers us much more room to add more vendors and activities, and more importantly: more and better parking!! The event is still free to the public, and will offer a ticketed margarita tasting and pay-per-play carnival rides and games.
Due to the high interest from vendors, we will be going through a much more rigorous selection process this year. Attendance at last year’s event will not guarantee acceptance to this year’s. Selections will be made and announced the week of February 17th. Please wait until after that week to inquire about your acceptance or denial!!
Included is an instruction sheet on the front page of each of these applications. Please read through this page so you know what the process will be.
Pricing on booths has not changed, however, we have added a new option this year. We will be offering up to 5 booths to sell an alcoholic beverage in addition to your food menu. We are looking for creative, specialty drinks. Details are in the application. Approval of your booth space does not necessarily equal approval of an alcoholic drink as well. This will be a separate selection process.
Your booth fee includes only your booth space. We do not provide tables, tents, or any other infrastructure. Electricity is available for an additional fee.
We have four different applications listed. Please make sure you are filling out the correct one based on what kind of business you are. If you aren’t sure, please ask before filling anything out.
